Is your dog digging up your back yard, chewing your favorite shoes or rearranging your furniture while you are at work? Do you find it hard to work from home or manage the kids while your dog is begging to go outside and play?
Well, our BrownDog Lodge dog daycare at our East Memphis or Germantown location is your solution! Your furry family member can be entertained all day long at our daycare with his/her canine friends and our dog loving staff. Our daycare is available Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm. Your dog will play with friends and our staff throughout the day with a brief nap time at midday. Our multiple indoor and outdoor play areas and large grass backyard offer lots of space for your pup to run and play.
We provide webcam access to all of our clients so that they can check in on their happy pets.

All dogs older than six months must be spayed or neutered to participate in the group daycare play. Puppies who are younger than six months who have not been spayed or neutered can participate in daycare play. If the puppy has shown signs of heat or aggression, they may not participate in daycare play. All dogs must be non-aggressive in nature, current on all vaccination, and evaluated prior to attending daycare. After a temperament evaluation, your pup is welcome to join our daycare anytime. The first day evaluation is FREE and must be scheduled in advance. Future daycare reservations are recommended but not required. Although we have two convenient locations serving the Memphis and Germantown communities, we also offer transportation service in our shuttle van if you would like the convenience of home pick-up and delivery.
Contact us today to schedule your dog’s first day evaluation! We will love playing with your dog each day, and you will love a well-socialized, tired dog at the end of a long day!
We look forward to meeting you and your furry family member soon!
The Importance of Socialization
Proper socialization with other dogs and other humans is critical to having a happy, healthy, and well-adjusted pet. With so many people spending more time at home in 2020, your furry family member may now be home alone for long periods of the day for the first time in a while, and the stress of solitude may cause anti-social habits such as destructive chewing, persistent digging, excessive barking, or other signs of separation anxiety. Pets may also show signs of stress such as drooling, attempts to escape, and pacing.
If your pet is suffering from separation anxiety or simply the boredom of home isolation after many months of company, bring them to daycare with us! Daycare provides your loved one with the pack environment they are accustomed to, creating a trusted second home for your pet while you are away. Bringing your pup to daycare with us provides all the physical, mental, and social exercise your dog needs. Give us a call to learn more about the socialization benefits of daycare.
