Dr. Lisa Beck joined our team in December 2020 after having done relief work here for several years. Dr. Beck was born and raised in Michigan and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University.
She enjoys practicing all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery and especially enjoys working with felines. Outside of work, she also enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, fitness, and travel. She lives in Arlington with her husband Brian, their daughter Samantha, as well as their 3 cats (Joey, Mini, and Georgie) and 2 dogs (Lola and Lexi).

Dr. Nicole Nanof is originally from Goffstown, NH; a small town about an hour north of Boston, MA. She received her undergraduate degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine which is a big reason why she wanted to begin her career in general practice. She has special interests in surgery, anesthesia, neurology, dentistry, and cardiology.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out at the gym, cooking/baking, going to the lake, and being outdoors. She also likes to spend quality time with her boyfriend, Justin, and their dog, Ruger, as well as her family when they are able to visit. Back in NH, her and her family have 5 cats; Nala, Jax, Domino, Enzo, and Shunya. Dr. Nanof is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys watching games throughout each season. She looks forward to picking up more hobbies and trying new things in the future!
Meet Jessica Jones, General Manager at BrownDog Lodge East Memphis. Jessica has worked at BrownDog Lodge since 2016.
She started off as a Kennel Technician and quickly rose through the ranks to General Manager. Her life motto is "if you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life" and she certainly feels that way working at BrownDog Lodge!
Meet David, General Manager at BrownDog Lodge Germantown. David started as a Kennel Technician in July 2021 and worked his way to General Manager! When David isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 cats.
Meet Alannah, one of the Assistant Managers at BDL Germantown. She started at BrownDog Lodge as a Kennel Tech in June of 2021. When Alannah isn’t working, she’s most likely spending time with her family or binge watching a show at home with her dogs.
Meet Mallory Moore, she is one of the assistant managers at our Memphis location. Mallory is a lifelong fan of cattle dogs, she’s shared her home with a joyful pack of five or six pups at any given time—and she wouldn’t have it any other way!
When she’s not making tails wag at the Lodge, Mallory is likely dog-sitting for friends, jamming to K-pop, or leveling up in her favorite video games. Her passion for animals and her upbeat spirit make her a favorite among both our furry guests and their humans.
Whether it’s belly rubs, playtime, or just a cozy cuddle, Mallory makes every dog feel right at home.
Cameron began her journey with Brown Dog Lodge in 2019 as a kennel assistant and quickly rose through the ranks to become one of our Assistant Managers. Cameron is known for her meticulous attention to cleanliness, her commitment to making sure every pup receives top-notch care, and her knack for keeping our facility looking sharp and organized. Always ready to lend a helping hand, she goes above and beyond every single day.
Cameron loves dog sitting for friends and coworkers on her off time. At home, she shares her love for animals with her highly energetic Australian Shepherd, Percy, and her two silly cats, Callie, and Mate.
Meet Brooke, Assistant Manager at BDL Germantown. Brooke started as a Kennel Technician in August of 2022 & quickly climbed the ladder from Team Lead to Assistant Manager. Brooke is the primary mastermind between BDG’s iconic photos & fun events. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her 2 dogs or indulging in a good pasta!
Meet Stevi, our veteran groomer. Stevi has been with BrownDog Lodge since 2012! She is extremely talented and is one of a kind. Stevi lives in Mississippi with her husband, son, and 8 animals. She treats every pup that she grooms like her own. She is a true rockstar and she can’t wait to pamper your pups!
Meet Amanda, she is one of our groomers and also a member of our management team. She has worked for BrownDog Lodge for over 7 years. She lives in Memphis with her husband and 3 dogs. Amanda knew at an early age her true passion was dogs and it shows in her work. She looks forward to pampering your pup!
